In Volyn region the indictment against the perpetrator of fatal accidents sent to court
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against the 35-year-old resident of the village of Borovoye Liuboml district, which is July 11, 2016 has made road accident with a deadly outcome. In the evening of that day, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication driving a car " Audi 100», the man moved through the streets of his native village, and, having left on a strip of oncoming traffic, collided with a cyclist. From a place dorozhno-transport incident the driver fled without rendering aid to the victim. From his injuries a 50-year-old cyclist died. Now a grief-the driver, who, after sincere repentance and actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime, is accused of violating the rules of traffic safety by a person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
