In Chernivtsi foreigners – immigration offenders paid to the budget more than 51 thousand hryvnia fines
From the beginning of operation "Rubezh-2016", which runs from April to November of the current year, employees of the Chernivtsi city Department UDMS in Chernivtsi region in cooperation with law enforcement authorities identified 82 violations of foreigners and persons without citizenship of immigration laws. These persons brought to justice under part 1. art 203, Art., the amount of fines collected over 51 thousand UAH. For failing to ensure timely registration of foreigners (article 205 Cao) brought to justice, 9th inhabitants of the region. Regarding the 42 foreign citizens, the decision on forced return outside Ukraine and under 1st – the decision on forced expulsion. Most violators of immigration laws was among the citizens of the Russian Federation – 19, India – 16-Azerbaijan – 10. And also such countries as: Moldova, Turkey, Georgia, USA – 3 people; Romania, Italy, Sudan, 2; Egypt, Uzbekistan, Canada, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, UK, Albania, Lithuania, Belarus, Algeria, Poland, Nepal – 1.
