Dubensky local Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against three residents of Demidovka district of Rivne region, who in may 2016 in S. Ohmatsu made assault on 34-year-old man. Then the three attackers, among them two juveniles stabbed the victim a number of injuries, and, taking his money, cell phone and digital camera have disappeared. The person attacked the police "hot pursuit" established and detained on the same day, personal items returned to the victim. As a result of his injuries for a long time was treated. Currently pre-trial investigation is completed and sent to the Demidov district court an indictment against the suspects under part 2 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine (the robbery made on preliminary arrangement by group of persons). The state prosecution in criminal proceedings will support the prosecutors Dubno local prosecutors, who will insist on a just punishment for the accused.
