In Lutsk during the operational meeting considered the results of work of Department of municipal police in
the Director of the Department of the municipal police Julia Sirotinskiy reported that in the period from 1 June to 1 September 2016 by the inspectors of the Department of the municipal police is composed of 295 protocols on administrative offences and submitted for consideration admincash the Executive committees and 345 requirements about elimination of violations of the Rules of beautification of the city of Lutsk. The inspectors of the Department of control over the accomplishment and sanitary condition of the city Department of the municipal police is composed of 134 Protocol on administrative offences. Constantly working in the field of observance of Rules of improvement of the city of Lutsk, in particular for bringing the facades of buildings in proper form, observance of rules of Parking vehicles, placing ads in uncertain places. Now inspectors of the Department is working to control the burning remnants of the dry vegetation and debris. Inspectors of the Department constantly work to streamline the use of tobacco products on the territory of bus station and railway station, near schools, healthcare institutions and public transport. Julia Sirotinskiy noted that the inspectors of the Department carried out large-scale check of observance by business entities of the rules of placement and operation of temporary structures for entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Lutsk. The Department of municipal police as of 12 September 2016 was prepared and adopted 209 decisions of the Executive Committee on dismantle of illegally established shoddy constructions. Department of disaster trade Department of the municipal police is composed of 76 protocols. 56 of them - for the unauthorized placement of objects of trade in the city. The working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business was conducted 10 incursions and 12 composed reports for violation of rules of trade in beer, alcoholic, low alcohol beverages and tobacco. To prevent the formation of natural markets in the city by inspectors of the Department of combating spontaneous trade Department of the municipal police organized daily duty inspectors on the street.
