Rivne oblast: in days rescuers liquidated 10 fires in natural ecosystems on the area of almost 5.2 ha
Daily units of the rescue Service of the region traveled to extinguish fires in open areas, farmland and fields. For the past days employees of the rescue Service Rivne region 10 times left on liquidation of ignitions of a dry grass and crop residues on a total area of 5.2 hectares in seven districts of the region: Kostopil, Zdolbunovska, Dubno, Dubrovitsky, Ostrog, Rovno and Blinowska areas. According to preliminary information, the cause of all these fires became uncontrolled combustion citizens of deadwood and plant residues. Thanks to prompt and professional actions of rescuers SSES these fires did not gain alarming proportions and was eliminated on time. None of the people and their property were not injured. Basically, fire in natural ecosystems result from the burning of dry vegetation, violations of citizens fire safety rules during carrying out agricultural works on their own household plots. A particular danger is the burning of crop residues in the fields after harvesting of the campaign, because such actions cause large-scale fires. Fire can quickly spread to nearby settlements, forests. Dear citizens! The state service of Ukraine of emergencies urges You to strictly observe the rules of fire safety and not to provoke fires in natural ecosystems. Especially careful you should be during 12-16 September, because at this time almost the whole territory of Ukraine will prevail extreme fire danger.
