The reason was that from the state budget of Zhytomyr region, like other regions of Ukraine for 2016 there are no expenses for compensation for transportation of preferential categories of citizens. At the regional state administration together with regional state administrations and municipal Executive committees is working on the allocation of funds from local budgets to provide compensation to carriers for the transportation of beneficiaries.
