Procedure the assessment lasted for two days. First, the claimants in the test mode gave answers of a theoretical course, then, for a ticket, providing the necessary ingredients perform practical tasks. Despite the excitement, both chefs have coped with the task, their food is consistent with the requirements of the 3rd qualification level. Presented fish cakes, dumplings with bacon and onions, vegetable soup, liver meatballs, omelettes and dumplings pleased the audience with beautiful correct flow and quality of cooking.
