Yesterday, September 19, in the Chernigov city Council at the meeting of the conciliation Board a Korean Corporation MST Global Inc (Republic of Korea, Suwon) presented the project "E-ticket". This company, which was represented by CEO sangwon Jung, Director of global operations Nghia Lam and Manager of the marketing Department Hasn Kwak, is a famous brand in the field of administration of transport. This company was equipped with a system for the collection and administration of tolls, public transport in cities such as Seoul (Korea) and Almaty (Kazakhstan). According to the representative of the Korean company, this project provides for cashless payment in public transport (trolleybuses). Payment for travel will be made via email, or even Bank card (with one touch). To pay the fare in cash is possible, but not in the hands of the driver, and lowering the amount without putting in a special transparent box. This will provide convenience and comfort in using public transport. On fare such changes will have no effect. In addition, the cabin trolley will be installed surveillance cameras, which will allow to prevent offences, property damage and evading fare payment. In addition to the automated payment set in the transport the project equipment will allow to keep a track of all the information from the transport system: departure, arrival at the stop, the presence of a driver in the workplace, and the like. The company MST Global Inc plans to invest in such upgrades to the transport system of the Chernihiv about 7 million U.S. dollars. Under the agreement, which is now already prepared for signing, the Korean company for all equipment and all its work within 15 years will get 6.5% of the total fare. After 15 years, the conversion of these funds is terminated, and the equipment remains Chernigov. According to representatives of Korean firms, to service their equipment they plan to open in Chernihiv its representation. Also in the future their possible participation as investors in other transport projects - for example, investing in the purchase of new trolleybuses. Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko noted that these conditions are for our city best. At least because salaries of conductors trolleybus management spends 20% of total revenue.
