Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko urged residents to actively participate in the city program 80/20. The city at the expense of the budget pays 80% of the cost of repair and the tenants themselves – 20%. Last week at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the city Council that its decision gave a start to the practical implementation of the programme, Vladislav Atroshenko noted that the first in our city oriented and acceded to by the inhabitants of quite new and expensive homes. But the idea and the goal of this program is different: thanks to the participation in it improved as housing stock, which has already been used for many years.
