For legal aid to the leadership of the Prosecutor's office asked residents of the districts falling within the territorial jurisdiction of Nemirovsky and Zhmerinsky local Prosecutor's offices. The vast majority of complaints concerned the legality of pre-trial investigations in criminal proceedings, which carry out police and other issues. The Prosecutor and his deputies made written statements and roses'explained the procedure for appealing decisions of the investigators.
