In Lutsk social protection of workers for work in hazardous and heavy labour conditions
Implementation of separate types of economic activity connected with the use of a number of professions or certain jobs where employees experience the negative impact of harmful and hazardous industrial factors on the body. For work in such circumstances, the legislation provides operating benefits and compensation that allow to maintain health and to continue professional activities. This, in particular, reduced working time, annual additional paid leave, reduced pensions, wages at a higher rate. Such benefits are provided by results of certification of workplaces. The order of carrying out of certification of workplaces on working conditions and the guidelines for certification established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from August 1, 1992 n 442. The certification holds the attestation Commission, the composition and powers of which are determined by the order of the company, the organization within the time stipulated by the collective agreement, but not less than once in 5 years. The assessment materials are stored for 50 years. For violation of term of carrying out of certification of workplaces on working conditions and procedure has established the liability of persons in the manner prescribed by article 41 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses. The status of implementation of the rights of employees of our city to benefits and compensation for working conditions is under the control of the Department of labor of the Department of economic policy. The practice of working with enterprises, institutions and organizations suggests that not all employers meet their obligations concerning social protection of this category of workers. For the III quarter of 2016 tests were conducted 40 business entities. It is established that on 23 enterprises of employers used the work of employees (191 people) in jobs employment on which grants the right to a retirement pension on preferential terms. During the performed inspections were carried out examination of working conditions 645-ti jobs. It is revealed that 547 jobs (or 84,8%) employers certified. Specialist of the Department conducted quality assurance certification of each certified workplace. In the reporting period were five re-audits, which were monitored by harmonizing regulations violations.
