After intervention of Prosecutor's office of area outside Ukraine deported 9 illegal migrants who were in Volyn temporary stay of foreigners in
the Prosecutor's office audited compliance with requirements of the current legislation on administrative offences at the premises and contents of aliens in Volyn temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine. It is established that as of 16 September 2016 at the Volyn PTP was detained 11 foreigners, which is placed in a paragraph on the basis of the decisions of chopsky boundary group and decisions of the Uzhgorod city district court on forced expulsion. In this case, the administrative court, which, under current law, while a decision on compulsory expulsion can take the decision on detention of a foreigner or stateless person with the room to the point of temporary stay of foreigners as a measure of security of forced removal, such decisions are not taken. Therefore, as of September 20, 2016, the legal basis for stay in Volyn PTP two citizens of the Republic of the Congo, two citizens of the Republic of Georgia and seven citizens of the Republic ' of Vietnam are not detained in the prescribed manner, was absent. In response to the Prosecutor's office of area it's 9 illegal migrants have been dismissed from the place of detention and expelled from Ukraine. The question of the expulsion of two – is solved.
