The Prosecutor of the region Vladimir Havryliuk held a reception of citizens in Tyachiv district. The leadership of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region pays special attention to the personal reception of citizens in office of public Prosecutor of region and place of residence. After all, this is one of the most effective methods of providing legal protection and the ability to react to the violation of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, especially those who are not able to come to the regional Prosecutor's office to the reception to the Prosecutor of the region. The Prosecutor of the region took 18 citizens from the exit reception at the place of residence. The citizens appealed to the Prosecutor of the region with the problematic issues, in particular, relating to illegal activities or inactivity of the police during the preliminary investigation of violations of legislation in the sphere of land and labour relations. During the reception, the Prosecutor of the region listened to all citizens and accepted their application for further consideration, and in some cases roses’explained the requirements of current legislation. Also, the Prosecutor of the region met with representatives of the public Council of the Tyachiv district administration. Discussed problematic issues in the area, including illegal logging, misuse of budget funds during the repair of the roads. All the arguments of the applicants will be carefully studied, and their result accepted legal and informed decisions. Timely and about’tivni consideration of addresses of citizens, satisfaction of their legitimate rights and interests is one of the primary to the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region tasks.
