In Lutsk, the city Council adopted an appeal on the dismissal of Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief military Prosecutor
During today's meeting of the 13th session of city Council deputies considered the issue “On appeal to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine demanding the dismissal of Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios”. The chosen community Paul danilchuk, who was the Rapporteur noted that Anatoly Matios from 2011 to 2014 he worked as Deputy head of the Main control Directorate of the presidential administration of Ukraine. Therefore, according to the law “About the cleansing power” has no right to work and occupy high positions in law enforcement bodies of Ukraine. In addition, according to him, the activity of the Main military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios is characterized by a deliberate tightening of investigation of resonant crimes of war, appointment of military prosecutors of the Western and southern regions of Ukraine sympathizers of the separatists, as well as an unprecedented discrediting of the 51st mechanized brigade. In the end, members of the city Council supported the relevant draft decision. Also, the elected representatives of the community decided to agree to grant the adoption in the city municipal property of six hostels in the city of Lutsk and utilities thereto, as well as two transformer substations and power grids, which belong to the Ministry of defense of Ukraine and are kvartirno-operational Department of the city of Vladimir-Volyn.
