30 September in the premises of the regional state administration held a meeting of the trilateral socio-economic Council, which was attended by RSA Chairman Valery Cow and the Chairman of regional Council Anatoly Oleinik. The meeting was dedicated to issues of further interaction between the parties of social dialogue to ensure productive employment, social protection and decent work in the region. "August 23 this year, was signed a tripartite agreement between employers, Government and Federation of trade unions of Ukraine, - said, opening the meeting, Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow. - Actually we are in search of new tools of interaction. And, in principle, Vinnytsia region there has always been a kind of locomotive". According to the head yeah, life poses many new challenges, and in modern conditions there are many problematic issues that concern everyone. So, given this, was prepared for signing the agreement. "The agreement covers a block of questions on the development and promotion of production, investment activity, creating new jobs and social issues: payment and labor safety, proper working conditions," said Valery Cow. During the meeting, Council members heard a report from the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotnaya concerning the state of remuneration in the region. So, on September 1, 2016, the arrears of wages at economically active enterprises of the region amounted to 2.6 million hryvnia, which is less than 73 % of the corresponding period last year. At the same time 6 public companies in the region, while in bankruptcy, allowing the debt on wages in the amount of over UAH 2 million. "The average monthly wages of regular employees for January – July of 2016 has increased by almost 25 % to the corresponding period last year and amounted to 3 955 USD. It is on 15th place among the regions of Ukraine", - said Natalia Zabolotna. She also informed on the measures taken in Vinnytsia oblast with the purpose of legalization of wages and employment. During the meeting the participants of the meeting also discussed the draft of the new Territorial agreement. In particular, the Chairman of regional Association of employers ' organizations Pyotr Kuznetsov stayed primarily on stimulating production activities in the region, and Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of area Nikolay Kolesnik touched on social issues, stressing that: the most important task, as defined in the Agreement, is to consolidate the efforts of all parties at the level of region, district, employment of staff to ensure decent living conditions for its citizens. Consequently, at the end of the session was signed the territorial agreement between regional state administration, regional Council, regional Association of employers ' organizations and the Joint representative body of trade Union organizations of Vinnytsia region for 2016-2020.
