Lutsk: make a child happy — give a child a family!
Traditionally, the 30th of September in Ukraine celebrates the adoption Day coincides with the Christian feast of Faith, Hope, Love and their mother Sophia. It is love, faith, hope, and kindness to give to our children daily. Adoption in Ukraine is recognized as the priority form of the device of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care. By adoption the child loses the status of an orphan and becomes a son or daughter. We are happy to note the fact that for three years from the date of opening Snapu more hundreds of families felt the urge and gave orphans a family. How to adopt a child? Here are some basic steps that are defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 8 October 2008, ¹ 905 "On approval of the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision over observance of rights of adopted children". First of all future parents need to decide on gender and age of the child. After that, the citizens, wishing to adopt a child, treated at the place of residence with a written statement of withdrawal of registration of prospective adoptive parents (for residents of the city of luck - K of the Department "Center of administrative services"). The application should submit the following documents: 1) copy of the passport or other identity document; 2) salary certificate for last six months or copy of income Declaration for the previous calendar year, certified by tax administration bodies. In the case that adoptive parents are a married couple, the earnings statement for the last six months or copy of income Declaration for the previous calendar year, certified by tax administration bodies may be one spouse who has a steady income. 3) copy of marriage certificate enclosed in the bodies of registration of acts of civil status, if applicants are married; 4) finally, the state of health of each applicant; 6) certificate about the presence or absence of a criminal record for each applicant, issued by the territorial centre for the provision of services of the Ministry of interior; 7) a copy of the document confirming the right of ownership or use of premises. In addition to the documents and remember the following: the age difference between the child you want to adopt, and applicants should not be less than fifteen years; the amount of gross income for each member family not less than the subsistence minimum; the dwelling must meet proper hygienic standards and the ability to arrange a place for classes and a separate berth for a child. No later than the day the application and all the documents are submitted to the service for children, which within 10 working days : - checks the documents for compliance with legislation; - conducts interviews with the Complainant, ascertain the motives of adoption, attitude towards the upbringing of children; - is the act of survey of living conditions of the applicants; - considering the possibility of applicants to be adoptive parents and prepares corresponding conclusion. In the case of the positive conclusion of citizens are put on adoptive parents, they revert to their numbered and laced own business and the opportunity to learn about the children who can be adopted. If the prospective adoptive parents, expressed their intention to personally meet with the child, they are given the direction to discover the child. After meeting and establishing contact with the child, the prospective adoptive parents appeal a statement about wanting to adopt a child. The appropriate conclusion about expediency of adoption and its correspondence to the interests of the child, prepares the service for children's Affairs at the location of the child within 10 working days. Then comes the most important stage is the treatment of the statement of claim in court about adoption of a child. Received the court's decision (10 days from the date of entry into force), parents must personally take the child from his place of residence, to re-birth certificate, to register the adopted child at the place of residence and live together happily ever after! A world where there are parents who are ready to share their warmth not only with their children but also other people, becomes a bit kinder and more beautiful.
