In Ternopil dismantled the kiosk down the street Karpenko
September 28, 2016 on Karpenko street (near building ¹10) dismantled the temporary structure kiosk with no name, whose owner is not selected. Dismantling held a permanent working group from the removed temporary structures, which are constructed on the land plots of communal property without documents certifying the right to use land (on the implementation of the decision of the Executive Committee of Ternopil city Council No. 765 dated 15.09.2016 G. “to eliminate violations in the sphere of land law and urban planning"). The temporary structure is located on the territory of KP “Ternopilavtotrans " at the address str. 7 in Ternopil. To return the dismantled temporary structures owner must contact the management accounts Department of housing and communal services, improvement and ecology of Ternopil city Council for information as to the amount of money which need to compensate for demolition work carried out.
