Realizing the function of representation of citizens and state in court, the Prosecutor's office of Volyn continues to return to the state illegally leased land. Now pursuant to the decision of economic court of Volyn region as of August 15, 2016, pronounced under the claim of the head of the Lutsk local Prosecutor's office, agricultural private enterprise "Rat" returned to the state in the person of the Chief management Derzeitiger in Volyn region land plots for agricultural commodity production area of more than 118 hectares on the territory of Grabulovski village Council of Lutsk district. We will remind, the decision of economic court of the region satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Lutsk local agricultural enterprises "Rat", the main control Derzeitiger in Volyn region, Lutsk rayon state administration of Volyn region and Grabulovski village Council of Lutsk district. Invalidated a land lease agreement signed in October 2011 between the village Council and the agricultural enterprise, and Zobov'was SGPP "Rat" to return to the state land, the estimated market value of more than 18 million UAH. The Prosecutor's office insisted on the return of the land to the state, as the land long-term lease was passed without conducting mandatory’mandatory regulatory monetary valuation of land, which led to a shortfall in budget funds from their use.
