In the Vinnytsia region of five to twelve years with confiscation of property - that is the immediate future, “transport crook”
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings concerning the inhabitant of Vinnytsia district, which fraudulently taking cash more than 2 million UAH, and 7th vehicles of residents of the region. As previously reported, law enforcement authorities asked 11 residents with allegations against them of criminal offences. Established that the attacker, having gained the confidence of the people under the pretext of loan, hire, purchase, resale of vehicles, received from them money in significant amounts and the relevant vehicle. Further, the said property was drawn in his favor. The indictment is sent to court under parts 2, 3, 4 St. 190 criminal code of Ukraine, that is fraud, which caused significant damage to the victim, and also made in large and especially large sizes.
