In luck students of vocational institutions will showcase their skills
14-15 October 2016 on-site restaurant "Dobra Hata" (Lutsk R-n, S. Zmeinets, vul. Lutsky, 37) will be held the VII regional festival “make yourself and your profession” in the framework of the festival “Amber autumn”. Regional festival "make yourself and your profession" in the framework of the festival "Amber autumn" promotes educational and professional level of the institutions of vocational training, representatives of the industry of restaurant and hotel business and services, exchange of experiences and skills, acquiring new skills and qualifications of the profession. This festival includes: - experience with leading specialists in the field of restaurant and hotel business and services; - press conference of the President of the Association of cooks of Ukraine, Professor, doctor of technological Sciences, M. I. Ordinary; - press conference of leading experts of restaurant and hotel business, members of the Association of cooks of Ukraine; - master-classes of famous chefs of Ukraine, gold winners of international festivals; art class for all participants of the festival (exhibition of meals from 3 to 5 names of Ukrainian-autumn theme (fish, meat, vegetable dishes, a composition of vegetables, fruits, bakery products), and also required is the presence of advertising signs with the name of the member of the art class); competition, master class, among the students of vocational institutions "Autumn song" (the technique of preparation of dishes from vegetables, fruits, carving); - an auction of original dishes; - exhibition and sale of Ukrainian embroidery, works of students of colors; - exhibition and sale of food students in vocational establishments and establishments of restaurant economy (the organizers of the planned proceeds to pass to support the soldiers of the ATO); - demonstration of models of hairstyles from students of the Lutsk city center of vocational training; - photo exhibition; presentation of professions; - musical - entertainment program; - award winners. The festival is held with the support of Volyn regional Council, Lutsk district Council, town Council, Association of cooks of Ukraine, with participation of winners of the VI-the VII international festival of culinary world on the island of Cyprus and the Canary Islands, the chef – winner of the program "Hell's kitchen" in Ukraine, Yu, honored choreographer of Ukraine Grigory Chapkis, the festival partner – chain restaurants "Batista hut".
