On the occasion of the 20 anniversary of the founding of the State enterprise "Ukrainian state centre of radio frequencies" and for many years of diligent work, exemplary performance of official duties, the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna awarded certificates to workers of the Ternopil regional division of the Western branch of the State enterprise " Ukrainian state centre of radio frequencies ". Self-supporting State enterprise "Ukrainian state centre of radio frequencies" (hereinafter – UGTSR) formed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On radio frequency resource of Ukraine", refers to the management of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the sphere of communications and Informatization (NCCIR) and operates under the Charter. UCRF strategic importance to the economy and security of the state and exercises its powers under article 16 of the law of Ukraine "On radio frequency resource of Ukraine". The powers of the UCRF apply to users of radio frequency resource of Ukraine, which operate in frequency bands of General use. UCRF participates in the implementation of state supervision over observance of legislation on radio frequency resource of Ukraine. Now UCRF solve both operational and strategic tasks, acting not only as expert and analytical framework, but also as a leading authority in the field of regulation in the telecommunications industry. To date, the potential of the company remains at a high level. According to estimations of foreign experts UCRF created one of Europe's best system of technical monitoring are equipped with modern automated stations and complexes of domestic and foreign production, which allows you to control the use of radio resource of radio-electronic means of all radio technologies used in Ukraine. Ukraine forces deployed the UCRF radio monitoring station for satellite type "GåîÌîn", which provides the radio control satellite stations in the C and Ku frequency bands and the geolocation of earth stations for satellite communications. Currently on the technical capabilities of the station is one of the most modern and powerful in the world. The pride of the Ukraine is also created by the CA UCRF European level. In the field of international cooperation, the priority of the UCRF is to ensure international coordination of radio frequency assignments of Ukraine with other countries and participation in International telecommunication Union, member of which is Ukraine, and other international telecommunications organizations. High level of expertise has enabled the company UCRF to obtain the status of membership in such international organizations as the Radiocommunication Sector of the International telecommunication Union and European telecommunications standards Institute. UCRF and further directs efforts at improving production processes with the aim of bringing the quality of services of the enterprise to the European standards by improving the level of technical equipment, the introduction of new technologies and training of specialists, provision and improvement of their working conditions, in conditions of economic crisis in the country will ensure the stable development of the enterprise and preserve the social security of its employees.
