In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office is taking measures to prosecute individuals for willful failure to judgment
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region discovered that one of the physical persons-entrepreneurs Zhmerinka district deliberately not executed the decision of economic court from 04.03.2015 taken at the suit of Zhmerinka on attorney liabilities’liabilities of the entrepreneur to return to state ownership of illegally occupied land plot with an area of 0.2 hectares, located in borders of a coastal protective strip of the river Murafa and to bring it into usable condition by dismantling the fence. With the aim of forcing the entrepreneur to comply with the requirements of the court 05.06.2015 state performer in his presence the presence of witnesses made statements of commitments’liabilities to reclaim land and bring it into usable condition by dismantling the fence. However, it is established that to date fencing of land is not dismantled, the land in state property is not returned. On the specified fact the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
