Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region the fact of illegal development of the subsoil of two private companies Orlovskogo district. In particular, the audit revealed signs of mining operations in the car's interior. The special permit for subsoil use is not available, the development of mineral deposits is performed without an approved project for the development of mineral resources, not approved by mining supervision authorities the development plan of mining, the Deposit is not transferred in the prescribed manner for industrial development. On this fact the information has been entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 240 of the criminal code of Ukraine and initiated pre-trial investigation.
