Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against the 36-year-old resident of the village Kostiukhnivka of Manevychi district, which resisted the law enforcement officers and intentionally caused an employee of the police slight injuries while his official duties’relations. On the evening of 6 July 2016 caught "hot" chief inspector of the State enterprise "manevyts'kyi forestry” and public hunting inspector in the illegal felling of two pine trees in Kuklinska forestry poacher tried to run, pushed the policeman and pulled his uniform. Went and came to call the police. The attacker sent them harnessed to a cart horse, but the police jumped out of the way. A man who had actively resisted and caused one of the members of the investigative team injuries, was seized and handcuffed. Now he is accused of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 342 and part 2 St. 345 Criminal code of Ukraine, and will soon appear before the court, which will determine his punishment.
