October 27, 2016, in the premises of Lutsk city Council held a working meeting of representatives of the technical consultant of the Swedish consulting company SWECO and consulting company "Garda" with representatives of municipal authorities and technical experts of the city in the framework of the implementation of the project "energy Efficiency in public buildings in Lutsk". The meeting discussed technical and financial aspects of project implementation "energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk" and energy efficiency measures in public sector buildings is planned to introduce. The meeting was attended by: Gunnar Bark, project Manager, SWECO, Julia Kozulko, assistant Director, Anna Minakova, financial expert, representatives of the "garde" Vladimir Skorokhod, Iryna Tsymbaliuk, Michael Harco and officials of Lutsk city Council. Recall that in 2016 Lutsk city Council agreed the terms of reference for the feasibility study of the project "energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk", which would include a loan of EUR 5 million from the Nordic environment Finance Corporation NEFCO and the EUR 2 million grant from the E5P Fund.
