In Lutsk supported the project of the city Program of providing housing for children-orphans,children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them for the years 2017-2021
During the meeting of the Executive Committee head of service for children Theodore Shulgan reported that the city Program to provide housing for children-orphans, children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them for the years 2017-2021 developed a service for children of Lutsk city Council to protect housing rights of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, the provision of adequate conditions of residence, financial assistance for repair and acquisition of housing for the children of the above categories and individuals. Thanks to this Program, which operated during 2012 — 2016, managed to get 5 apartments for persons belonging to the above categories. The main goal of the Program is to provide orphans, children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them housing after completion of the period of stay in schools, families, guardians, foster families, orphanages of family type, help in creating the proper conditions of residence by the acquisition of property and capital repairs of residential premises, the right of ownership or right of use belong to the children-orphans, children deprived of parental care, and persons from their number. The program will be implemented under co-financing of 50 to 50. That is, half of the cost of housing will pay for the city budget, and half of the regional. The Theodore Shulgan added that during the implementation of the previous Program, there was a big debt for utilities, therefore first of all proposes the acquisition of housing in the new type. The program will help focus efforts of local authorities, local authorities, sponsors on the objectives and to ensure the effective implementation of the state policy in the field of social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental guardianship, and also persons from their number. Taras Yakovlev expressed hope that the implementation of this Program will help to solve actual problems associated with providing housing and improving housing conditions for orphans and children deprived of parental care.
