The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region prevented illegal alienation of more than 300 hectares of lands of state ownership

Established that the Main management Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region during July-August of the current year, in violation of articles 25, 118 of the Land code of Ukraine and Decree of the President of Ukraine «On the order sharing mechanism of land transferred into collective ownership of agricultural enterprises and organizations” issued over 150 orders for the provision of citizens, mainly residents of Vinnytsia permits for development of land management documentation on the withdrawal of land plots with an area of over 300 hectares with an approximate value of 10 million UAH due to the land reserve Fund Hrensko and Kupinecka rural councils Illinetskyi district for personal farming. These actions of the main Department rightly caused dissatisfaction among the residents of these villages, which have repeatedly staged protests and even blocked the territorial road. So, according to item 7 of the decree of the President of Ukraine «On the order sharing mechanism of land transferred into collective ownership of agricultural enterprises and organizations” generated during the transfer of land to collective ownership of the reserve Fund is used for transfer to a private property or granting use of land primarily for the citizens engaged in the social sphere in the village, and other persons, which are members of agricultural enterprises or which are moving to the countryside for permanent residence. However, it is established that citizens who have been granted permission to develop land management documentation are not members of the agricultural enterprises of the village are not occupied in the social sphere in the countryside and not live in rural areas. As previously reported, the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in September of the current arm information has been entered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the fact of abuse of the Main Department of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region official position on the grounds of crime under part 3 of article 15, part 2 St. 364 Criminal code of Ukraine. In addition, the prosecution claimed 10 lawsuits in the public interest about recognition illegal and cancel orders of the Main Directorate of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region in regard to land area of 20 hectares, valued at more than 660 thousand hryvnias.
