Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region measures mission to protect the interests of the state educational institutions
this year, prosecutors in Vinnytsia region in the courts of pred'revealed 19 claims for a total sum more than 100 thousand UAH in interests of the state educational institutions of Vinnitsa on recovery of debt for they provide educational services to students. Already considered and granted by the courts 2 claims. So, the decision of the Khmelnytsky city court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor of the region in the interests of the state represented by the Vinnitsa state pedagogical University. Kotsyubinsky to his former students, who received educational services and after graduation, paid off with the school. The decision of the court enforced, a student paid the school almost 10 thousand hryvnias for the provided educational services. Also,10.10.2016 Vinnitsa city court satisfied the similar claim of the Deputy Prosecutor of the region, before'manifested in the interests of the specified educational institution in excess of 13 thousand hryvnias. Now pending in the courts there are 17 claims of the prosecutors in the indicated category for a total amount of 79 thousand hryvnias.
