Rivne local Prosecutor's office in cooperation with the Rivne police Department GUNP in Rivne region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against the doctor on the fact of improper performance of his professional duties, which resulted in the death of a minor patient (part 2 of article 140 of the criminal code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation results of the examinations and collected the necessary evidence of guilt of a surgeon KZ "Rivne regional children's hospital", namely that he is for the negligent and careless attitude to their professional duties while on duty at a medical facility in November 2015, has not had proper medical treatment 5-year-old boy brought in with high fever, the result of which he died. The suspect and his lawyer got acquainted with the materials of criminal proceedings. The indictment against the person sent to the Rivne city court for consideration on the merits.
