the prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of SBU together with the internal security police, in the framework of criminal proceedings was denounced two employees of the Department of Tyachiv OP who are suspected of receiving from Transcarpathians improper advantage in several stages. October 31 in the city, within investigation of criminal proceedings initiated under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits) the prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of Department of internal security of police in the Transcarpathian region SBU exposed the two police Department Tyachiv OP. Check the involvement of these police officers for receiving improper benefits from a local resident for assistance, using his official position, on requalification of the criminal proceedings for acts punishable by less severe punishment. Investigations are continuing, the purpose of which is to document the illegal activities of law enforcement officers also checked the involvement of other law enforcement officers to specified criminal offense.
