Chernivtsi has interested the organizers of the International conference of the outdoor advertising "Îutdoor3"

the international conference "Îutdoor3 October 27" the second time was held in Cherkasy. This is the first in Ukraine the initiative of local authorities, designed to establish trilateral cooperation in the field of advertising, namely: Business-Society-Government. Co-organizers and partners of the conference: Association of outdoor advertising of Ukraine, Out Of Home Forum , NGO "CEUREN", Union of designers of Ukraine national Union of architects of Ukraine and the Kyiv-Mohyla business school. Negotiations are underway for the third international conference "Îutdoor3" in Chernivtsi, where, according to the organizers the conference is of interest to the acceleration of the processes of social transformation and development of outdoor advertising. The second international conference "Îutdoor3" was attended by leading architects and designers, members of the Council of the National Union of architects of Ukraine, Union of designers of Ukraine, international experts, representatives of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, representatives of business associations, market operators and municipalities in various cities of Ukraine. Chernivtsi on this forum has provided specialist DMCs Marianne Costas and head of the city communal enterprise "Reklama" Taras Ungureanu. The conference participants discussed the current trends of the advertising market and the steps that you need to go to improve the visual appearance of the city. According to them, the reform of outdoor advertising should not occur in isolation – it is an integral part of the urban space. It was also about the experience of municipalities in the regulation of the outdoor advertising market. She believes that any change to the rules and orders in the state or in each city should not be abrupt and unpredictable, because unpredictability destroys the market and, therefore, limits the resources that the business is willing to invest in the city. Experience in the integration of outdoor advertising in urban space shared by famous Austrian architect Franz Sam, who stressed the importance of correct placing of advertising structures. The result of the work of the conference was a joint proposal on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On advertising", regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of Standard rules of placement of external advertizing" and local traditions, and an understanding that the implementation of reforms in the area of outdoor advertising is necessary to create an open and public dialogue space. The space in which the public, experts, businesses and municipalities will discuss the ways of implementation of joint decisions.
