The Carpathians: local budgets allocate additional financial resources from surplus revenue
Local budgets are actively using the funds received from surplus in General Fund revenues. During July - October of 2016 due to this source costs increased by 599,9 million UAH. of which labor costs with charges to workers of budgetary institutions – 78.5 million UAH. or 13.1 per cent., medicines – 8,7 mln. (1.4 percent), food – 5,7 million. (1.0 percent), for communal services and energy – 10,3 million UAH. (1.7%.), for capital expenditure – 291,7 million UAH. (To 48.6 percent.) and other expenses – 205,0 mln. (34.2 per cent). The regional budget allocated 69.8 million UAH. or 11.6 percent. the total amount directed at the area of means. Among administrative-territorial units of most funds sent to the cities of Uzhgorod – 104,3 mln. (Of 17.4 percent.) and Mukachevo to 94.7 mln. (15,8%), Uzhgorod district – UAH 43.3 mln. (7.2 percent), Vynohradiv district – 31,2 mln. ( 5.2%.) and Tasco city of the United territorial community – 30.7 million. (5.1 percent). In particular, in October this year local budgets of the region are distributed 73.5 million UAH. of which labor costs with charges to workers of budgetary institutions – 13,0 mln. or 17.7 per cent., medicines – 1,4 mln. (1.9%.), food products – 0.5 million UAH. (0.7%.), on utilities and energy carriers – 4,5 million UAH. (6.1 percent), for capital expenditure 28.0 million UAH.
