Sergey Savchuk: the Popularity of the Government program on energy efficiency among condominiums consistently high
Over the last week, 1 to 7 Nov, 20 condominiums have become participants of the Government program on energy efficiency and attracted together 1.7 million UAH for energy modernization of their home. "After analyzing the data of weekly monitoring of the program, confidently stating a fact that with the beginning of autumn interest condominium program has doubled. If the earlier Government spoke condominiums 5-6 per week, 15-20 of such associations, each of which has between 50 to over 100 families. It is important that more and more residents realize the advantages of making joint decisions and implementation of individual energy efficiency measures in individual apartments, whole house, holding a patchwork of insulation, and complex thermo-home," commented the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk. As evidenced by the results of the Saee survey of those condominiums that have already used the program, complex modernization of an apartment building allows its residents to almost halve the utility bills. Overall, since the beginning of the program the participants were 472 condominiums, which are mastered for the insulation of houses more than 59 million UAH. The program is popular among individuals interested in reducing energy consumption in their private homes. So, this week more than 1,700 families attracted 29 million UAH for purchase of energy efficient equipment and materials. Since the program launch from October 2014 to November 2016, joined by more than 180 thousand families that drew in energy efficiency measures nearly 2.6 billion.
