Thousands of Ukrainian military mobilized and volunteers had to practice the skills of military science and look into the eyes of war. They now defend the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine in the area of implementation of anti-terrorist operation. Unfortunately, the General level of awareness of veterans, military members and the families of the fallen ATO participants about their rights and access to quality care remains inadequate. Sometimes it is very difficult to navigate in a large number of regulatory documents to find the appropriate service or organization. Therefore, the lawyers-volunteers of the public organization "Legal Hundred" together with specialists of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the State service for issues of war veterans and participants of ATO, the Ministry of defence of Ukraine and General staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine developed a Memo of a participant ATO. This collection was presented on 9 November in the Department of social protection of population of regional state administration. Step-by-step instructions Memo is designed so that veterans and military personnel, and their families know their rights and able to defend them. By the way, the material is presented in accessible language. The organizers of the event announced that the Monument will be constantly improved and supplemented. In difficult economic conditions, the members of the "Legal Hundred" were able to print 10 thousand copies. Therefore, at the presentation they called on all those who are concerned, to help print more copies. You can read the text of the collection on the website of the public organization. – A monument is to simplify the communication of ATO participants with social services, – said the Deputy military Commissar of the region Vadim Llicii during the presentation of the collection. In the social protection area was 8 thousand combatants in the ATO. Each of them and their families in need of social protection, particularly acute problem of housing. Therefore, the presentation of the Monument by the representatives of the State Fund for youth housing assistance and Chernihiv regional Fund of support of individual housing construction in rural areas has shared information on loans for young families. By the way, last year, 18 families of ATO participants has provided their own housing at the expense of budgetary funds. This year has changed the mechanism to obtain it. Now the participants of the ATO will be provided with cash compensation for housing. Consequently, families on their own will be able to purchase housing in any settlement of the country. Previously, they received only at the place of registration. This year for the purchase of housing has already been allocated 13 million hryvnias from the state budget.
