The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region court upholds the protection of high conservation value lands of historical and cultural significance,which are monuments of archeology
the Prosecutor's office established that the main management Derzeitiger in the field 17.05.2016 issued an order on resumption of the land lease agreement between Ilinetsky regional state administration and one of the sub's management and signed a supplementary agreement to this agreement, which along with other land illegally transferred in rent of especially valuable land with historical-cultural purpose with the area of 13 hectares, on which are located the amp’tents of archaeology – zarubinski (article II. n. E.) and Scythian (V-III century to n. e) settlement. The transfer of these plots under plow also contrary to part 5 of article 122 of the Land code of Ukraine, after all, to dispose of such lands only authorized regional state administration. With the aim of protection of state interests the Prosecutor's office in the court of pred'revealed the annulment of the order of the Main Department of Derzeitiger in the field and the invalidation of a supplementary agreement to the land lease agreement.
