In Vinnytsia oblast official who received 2 thousand dollars of illegal benefits taken into custody
as a result of active investigative and search actions in criminal proceedings upon obtaining illegal benefit is declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine and a preventive measure in form of detention, the head of one of regional departments of Derzeitiger of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. It is well established that this public servant had received from the entrepreneur improper benefit in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars for the issuance of documents on normative monetary evaluation of water about’object. Vinnitsa city court, according to the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 60 days with the alternative definition of Deposit in the amount of 116 thousand hryvnias.
