the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal activity of the underground plant, which carried out the mass production and distribution on the territory of several regions of Ukraine made illegal alcoholic beverages. Pre-trial investigation, which conducted the investigation of the SFS of Ukraine in the Rivne region, found that the underground production of counterfeit vodka, which was later sold via a retailer, organized a 38-year-old resident of Lviv region. For illegal production of counterfeit vodka under the name of the famous Ukrainian and international brands husband adapted the appropriate storage room, used special equipment and fake excise duty stamps, - said the head of the Department of supervision over observance of laws by the state fiscal service of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region Viktor Mydlowec. - During carrying out investigative actions in criminal proceedings seized illegally manufactured alcoholic products for the sum of 1,8 million UAH, and also the equipment which provides mass production, for the sum of 4,7 million UAH. The accused is charged with part 1 of article 199 and part 2 of article 204 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, storage, sale of counterfeit excise tax stamps and illegal production of alcoholic beverages by opening of underground shops using equipment that provides mass production of such goods). For committing the criminal offences provides for liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 7 years.
