In Vinnytsia region detained members of a criminal group,which specialized in "knocking out" a non-existent debt
As it was reported earlier, employees of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region and UAS in the region conducted a special operation, the results of which arrested three persons, who demanded the victim money. At the principled position of the Prosecutor the court granted three petitions for election concerning detainees the measure of restraint in form of detention. Given the existence of conclusive evidence of guilt of the detainees, none of their arguments that their “ordered”, the court is not taken. In this case, the two persons elected as a preventive measure in the form of detention without the right of bail.
