The appeal of the city Council of Ternopil relative to unauthorized removal of garbage in Lviv on the territory of the village near Malashivtsi Ternopil
In the night from 21 to 22 November 2016 in the Ternopil region held a garbage diversion. Workers Malasheviche landfill, which is located in the community of S. Malashivtsi, found dumps within the village, not far from the landfill. In the preliminary examination of debris discovered that the waste has “today” origin. None of the city councils of Lviv region, Lviv, no utility or private enterprise has not officially appealed to the Ternopil city Council with a request to take the Lviv Ternopil garbage in landfills. Therefore, we, the members of the city Council of Ternopil, officially call our Lviv colleagues to immediately take out the trash, apologize to the villagers Malashivtsi for the damage caused and to pay appropriate compensation. It is unacceptable that workers who collect Lviv debris in their garbage trucks “gangster”, under cover of night, dumped the trash in the next area is actually “under fences people”.
