In Vinnytsia region commemorated the victims of Holodomor in Ukraine (photo)
With goal worthy of a celebration in Day of memory of victims of Holodomor in Ukraine, held a rally-Requiem and ceremony of laying flowers with lamps to the memorial sign "to Victims of Holodomor 1932-1933". The event was attended by the heads of the city and, in particular, the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow, first Deputy Chairman of the regional Council Lyudmila shcherbakovskaya, mayor Sergey Morgunov, employees of structural subdivisions of regional state administration, representatives of civil society institutions in the region, religious communities, labor groups, soldiers, residents and visitors. The day of memory of victims of Holodomor – the annual national memorial day in Ukraine, which falls on the fourth Saturday of November. This is the most tragic page in Ukraine's history and one of the largest disasters in the history of mankind. On this day Ukraine honors the memory of millions of victims of Holodomor and bows shown the fortitude and courage of our people. A minute of silence the attendees honored the memory of victims of Holodomor in Ukraine, lit a memorial candle and laid flowers at it.
