In Rivne oblast employment centre establishes cooperation with public organizations
recently in Rivne city employment center opened its doors to local community organizations. The event was designed to introduce potential social partners with the work of the centre, the tasks of the employment service, the situation on the labour market, the forms of work that are used for this purpose. For the participants of the meeting were given a tour, which allowed me to become acquainted with the structure of the employment center, the services it provides to unemployed and employers, the employed population. The participants visited the Center of online communication and saw examples of video summary and video jobs that help to bring the employer to the job seeker and applicant for the position of specialist on work with the personnel. The social partners have formulated their own proposals for ways of cooperation with the Rivne city employment center. "Center of support of public initiatives "Chayka", as noted its Director Larisa Gunko is the implementation of joint measures in the field of the information campaign on combating human trafficking and regulating labour migration, the prevention of gender-based violence, information and Advisory services for critical categories of the population, conducting seminars, trainings, information and consulting assistance in the development and establishment of the territorial community. Valery Stec, Chairman of the NGO "You are not alone", which deals with children with special needs, sees the role of the employment centre as the focal point in rallying public organizations dealing with children with disabilities, to exchange information and combine efforts. He also expressed interest in public works at the direction of the center of employment for the members of the NGO "You are not alone". City youth organization "New Level" offers cooperation in matters of professional orientation of adolescents: profdiagnostika to identify preferences and inclinations, acquaintance with the world of modern professions, and the demand on the local labour market. According to the representative of the GO Taisiya Kovaleva, members of their organization are interested in holding such events and are ready for constructive relations. The meeting was the first step in exploring the local community with the work of the employment service and the tasks that she decides to strengthen the economy of the city.
