Law week: how the Pension Fund
From 5 to 11 December 2016 in Ukraine is all-Ukrainian week of law. The week of law in Ukraine is an opportunity to outline plans for further work, and its more than enough for everyone: for the average citizen, which, along with the ability to implement their rights and legitimate interests has a number of responsibilities, authorities and legislators. The Pension Fund provides for the daily reception of citizens, providing advice, clarifications on issues of pension provision of citizens, which gives the opportunity to implement the constitutional right of citizens to social protection, namely: the right to enforce them in the case of a full, temporary or partial disability, loss of breadwinner and old age. This right is guaranteed by compulsory state social insurance. Each person who goes to the Pension Fund, has the right to freely submit applications, complaints, proposals for pensions, apply for personal reception. Exercising his right to appeal, the pensioners have the right to address in bodies of the Pension Fund with suggestions, requests, complaints and to obtain satisfactory answers to them in the terms established by the Law of Ukraine "On appeals of citizens". In case of disagreement with the response may appeal to the authority of the Pension Fund of the highest level or to the court.
