The driver who caused a car accident in Dubno, Lutsk,were detained
Lutsk the local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of a traffic accident that happened on the morning of 8 December on the street Dubensky in Lutsk with participation of the car of the brand «Mercedes-Benz” under control of 59-the summer inhabitant of Lutsk, which was moving from the village of pidhaitsi in the direction of the Kiev Maidan and admitted hitting the 16-year-old pedestrian who crossed the carriageway on the crosswalk. As a result of road accident the pedestrian got injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care Department of the Volyn regional children's territorial medical about'unity. Currently, the driver of the vehicle was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The issue concerning the communication of the suspicion of committing a crime under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and the election of a preventive measure.
