Moreover, there is absolutely no point in recycling if more than 15% of the population not sharing it. If they throw away unsorted garbage into tanks, where it is assumed the glass or tin, or paper – anything. If 15% of the population will not be grading, the efforts of the other 85 are useless. It's just lost money, because this garbage is unusable for further appropriate processing. Therefore, the fact that this technology involves the processing of unsorted trash, I think is another of its advantages. And most importantly, what I want to say: if the DePuy corps will decide on the possibility of building this plant, the investor – the Polish side – as envisaged by international practice, will enter into a contract with a firm price of the annual fee for each ton of waste, which will call on the waste treatment plant. Of course, that this price will be paid from the city budget. It will be a burden on the city budget, not the increase of the tariff for garbage disposal per person. However, I ask each CHernigovets just think and analyze that the tariff for the disposal of waste, which is the rent is 5.6 hryvnia at CHernigovets per month. it's less than 20 cents.
