Operated 84 schools with profound studying of basic disciplines, including 25 in rural areas", - reported the head of the Department of General secondary and preschool education Elena Dorosh December 8, at the meeting of the Board of the Department of education and science of Vinnytsia regional state administration. The meeting was opened by Deputy Chairman – Director of the Department of education and science Igor ivasjuk. The meeting discussed the implementation of the Regional target program of work with talented youth for 2013-2017. So, the best Program is Haissinsky, Tyvriv, Zhmerinsky districts and cities of Vinnitsa, Kazatin, Khmelnik. In 26 districts and 7 cities have adopted and implemented the appropriate program. Also during the meeting discussed creating conditions for the full development of children in preschool educational institutions. According to the chief specialist of Department of General secondary and preschool education Tamara Bachinskogo, the main priority area remains the problem of coverage of children with quality preschool education. The highest rate of enrolment and participation in age from 3 to 6 years in Bershadski, illinets'ke, Teplicka, Tulchyn and Khmelnytskyi regions. Completing the implementation of a Unified electronic database of regional pre-school educational institutions of the region and registration of children in preschool educational institutions (statement by the parents)". During the meeting was discussed the status and further development of psychological service in the aspect of implementation of the action Plan for the development of psychological services of the education system in Vinnytsia region for the period until 2017 and the question of the results of check of activity of Department of education of Mogilev-Podolsky district state administration, Department of education of Mogilev-Podolskiy city Council for the improvement of physical education, mass sports and recreational activities among students of secondary schools.
