Land use has enriched the community of Chernovtsy to UAH 127.9 million.
For eleven months this year, the budget of the capital of Bukovina received 127.9 million UAH. payment for the land, which is 31.8 mln. or a quarter over last year's figures. As told the head of administration of local taxes Chernivtsi LIGHTS Christina Bezhenar, almost 64 per cent of the payment for the land, or 81.6 mln. received the Treasury of Chernivtsi from the tenants. Most of the land rent paid to legal entities – UAH 61.5 million. Other 20.1 million UAH. paid Chernivtsi tenants of the earth – individual. Land tax filled the city budget for 46,3 million UAH. Landowners, legal entities listed in the Treasury of 45,2 million UAH. and citizens – 1,1 million UAH. Recall that the land fee is a mandatory payment in the composition of the property tax levied in the form of land tax and rent for land plots of state and communal ownership.
