State ecological Inspectorate in the Ternopil region developed an action plan to ensure the protection of conifer plantations from unauthorized felling in the new year's eve 2016 new year's day 2017, which is consistent with the forest region, and law enforcement. To implement measures to prevent violations of environmental laws when harvesting trees soreno working groups, which involved workers of the ecological inspection, representatives of the main Directorate of the National police in the Ternopil region, Ternopil regional management of forest and hunting economy, and public inspectors on environmental protection. In operation, state inspectors provodyatsya checks for the protection of conifer plantations from unauthorized felling, forest areas adjacent to human settlements, roads, Railways, and especially in the territories of natural reserve Fund. The state environmental Inspectorate in the Ternopil region encourages all to comply with environmental legislation, because according to the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences, illegal felling of coniferous trees in the forests of the region (article 65) shall entail the imposition of fine on citizens in the amount of 85 to 170 UAH. and officials from 119 to 204 UAH. For each illegally harvested tree in the forests of our region provided by the losses, which are charged according to the diameter of the trees. So 10 cm is 354 UAH. from 10-14 cm-624 UAH.
