The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region together with units of the National police exposed a scheme of illegal operations with grain
the Prosecutor's office jointly with the investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National police of Ukraine in Vinnytsia oblast, Department for the protection of the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the framework of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings in respect of illegal purchase and export of seeds of grain crops, on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 3 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine, conducted 8 simultaneous authorized searches, in order to detect evidence of illegal economic activity of some enterprises, registered in various regions of the state. During the searches the seized material evidences that indicate illegal economic activity: “black” the accounting, fake accounting documents, computer ' computer equipment, seeds, etc. In addition, the organizers of the criminal scheme, caches discovered and seized nearly 4.5 million UAH of cash. Conducted investigations confirmed the presence of a criminal scheme to shadow the purchase of grain, its further implementation and tax evasion at the same time on the territory of several regions of Ukraine. Sets the amount of damage caused to the state from illegal acts. In the course of a pretrial investigation checks possible involvement in criminal “deals” and law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds and is on special control of the management of Prosecutor's office of area.
