In the Rivne region satisfied the claim of Prosecutor about collecting in the state budget more than 130 thousand UAH of a tax debt
Rivne district administrative court decided to satisfy claims of the Rivne local Prosecutor about collecting with a local entrepreneur tax debt for the sum over 130 thousand UAH. As established, the entrepreneur, violating the requirements of tax legislation and repeatedly ignoring the requirements of the tax service to pay the appropriate amount of taxes and fees was in no hurry. This gave grounds for the intervention of the Prosecutor's office by taking Executive measures to recover from the taxpayer in the budget all amounts due according to mandatory payments. Reference: article 67 of the Constitution of Ukraine stipulates that everyone must pay taxes and fees in the manner prescribed by Law. Evasion of constitutional duties leads to a decrease in revenue of the State budget, which in turn adversely affects the funding of social and other important government programs, than violated the interests of the state and citizens.
