Wives of soldiers of ATO participated in the seminar "I am a Ukrainian woman,berehynia of the human race"
For women whose husbands are participants of the antiterrorist operation, December 16 the psychological training seminar on the theme: "I am a Ukrainian - Keeper of the human race". The event was organized by the Department of family and youth of regional state administration jointly Coordinating Council for issues of pastoral care in crisis situations of the UGCC. The seminar participants spoke about the role of women in the family, adaptation and re-adaptation of the family system to the hostilities in Ukraine. Raised the acute problem of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), alcohol dependence and experiences of loss. Also in the form of the dialogue shared their experiences on how to learn to show their emotions and speak the truth about them, not to harm others.
